Appointments

Book an Appointment

Call or email to book an appointment. Our friendly administration team will be able to assist you. If your call is out of hours, leave a voicemail and a friendly team member will return your call the next business day.

First Appointment

New consultations take 30-60 minutes. We request you to attend 10 minutes early, to confirm the details of your registration forms prior to seeing the doctor. Please ensure that your referral and a copy of your results is sent through when making your appointment, as it will enable the doctors to better manage your visit.

Cancel or Reschedule Appointment

If cancelling or rescheduling, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in an administration fee of $55. We send a text 2-3 days before to remind you of your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot make it, so we may offer this time to another patient.

Referrals

All new appointments require a referral, even if you have seen the doctor previously for another condition. Please hand this referral and any current test results to the administration staff on arrival at your appointment, even if already submitted at the time of booking.

Waiting Times

At times, there may be delays in consultation times due to the unpredictability of obstetric practice. We will endeavour to notify you, if possible, to avoid prolonged waiting times.

Patient Confidentiality

Staff will keep patient confidentiality at all times.  We may request information from your previous Specialists, and if so, will ask you to sign a permission slip for this to happen.

Billing

An overview of obstetric and gynaecology fees can be provided upon request.

In Rooms

  • We request that payment is made on the day of consultation.
  • This is a private billing practice and the doctors do not bulk bill or have Pensioner discounts.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card payments.
  • We submit your Medicare claim online. We request that you register with Medicare Online. This allows for automatic payment of your Medicare rebate into your nominated account.

In Hospital

  • Patients attending for the delivery of their baby or an inpatient procedure will be provided with individualised estimates.
  • We submit our claim directly to your Health Insurer however all procedures have an out of pocket fee.
  • Please check your insurance to ensure that you are covered for any inpatient and obstetric care.
