A current referral is required to see a doctor. Please send your referral through to our friendly administration team via email or fax 03 9005 5113.

For your first appointment, please bring all results that have not previously been sent to your doctor, along with your private health insurance card and Medicare card.

All referrals and results should be sent through prior to the booking visit, this allows the doctor to spend time with you and not reading the paperwork as this can be done prior to your appointment.
